Order Terms and Conditions

1. Parties and Definitions

This agreement is entered into between BW Creative, the provider of the software service, and the Customer (you). “Software” refers to the system subject to the order and all its components.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The source code, design, and all intellectual property rights of the purchased software belong entirely to BW Creative. The customer obtains a perpetual license to use the software on a single domain name only. Copying, duplicating, selling, or redistributing the software is strictly prohibited.

3. Customization and Additional Developments

The order covers the standard features of the software and the specified installation service. Any additional features, design changes, modules, or integrations requested beyond the standard package are considered “customization” and are subject to an additional fee. A separate quote will be provided for customization requests.

4. Technical Support

This support includes fixing existing bugs in the software and answering questions related to the standard use of the software. Server-related issues, incorrect interventions made by the customer, or customization requests are not covered by support.

5. Domain Name and Hosting

Domain name and hosting services are not included in the order unless otherwise specified by the customer. Upon customer request, these services can be provided for the specified fees. The responsibility for renewing these services and their fees belong to the customer.

6. Return Policy

Since the software is a digital product and can be copied after delivery, it cannot be returned after installation and delivery. The customer declares that they understand and accept the features of the software before placing an order.

7. Limitation of Liability

BW Creative does not guarantee that the software will work without errors or interruptions. The customer cannot be held responsible for data loss or damage that may arise from incorrect use, server-related issues, or third-party software.
